Shipping and returns
While a UK based company, Dorux Decor works with makers from different locations around the world. For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped and received on different dates due to the variety of manufacturing locations.
We only ship during business days.
Dorux Decor has a 14 days return policy for all orders. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for returns, your item must be unused, in the original condition (including the package). To return your product, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, order number and an attachment with the proof of purchase.
When returning your item, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. If you are returning an item of over £75 in value, please consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, in which we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your card supplier (it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted). If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, which excludes items on sale.
We only replace defective or damaged items (not for purely aesthetic reasons). If you need to exchange them for similar ones, please contact us at email@example.com for your request.
Not in stock
If the product you purchased is not in our supplier's stock anymore, you will get a full refund in 14 working days.
